Architectural Photography
As mentioned in a previous post I’ve been studying photography at Ffotogallery throughout the autumn.
As a part of the course we had to select a topic or theme around which to create a body of photographic work. I chose to look at architecture and so I focused my lens upon hotels in the city.
I had originally though that the city’s hotels were on the whole a rather ugly bunch of buildings. However, having spent the last ten to twelve weeks relentlessly photographing them I’m happy that I’ve captured some interesting images of these buildings – I hope you’ll agree!
The six images featured here are the images that I selected for my final portfolio at the end of the course. You can also view a number of other photographs that I took, but which didn’t make the final edit, on my photo-blog here.
