Writer Sirin Kale has recently published an article for Dazed entitled Why Do We Love Unicorns So Much?. The article discusses contemporary society’s interest in the mythical and magical Unicorn.
In conducting her online research for the article Sirin came across my Unicorn-Porn blog and got in touch with me to discuss unicorns and art.
The result is a nice little chunk of her article featuring some of the work that I produced following my unicorn studies.
Disappointingly Sirin concludes by suggesting to her readers that “Unicorns aren’t actually real” – but of course we all know that just because unicorns are imaginary doesn’t mean that they’re not real!
